“Breakwater is a company focused on intelligent logistic solutions for the marine cargo industry. We were approached by the company’s managing director to design their identity and stationery.
Drawing inspiration from the water level indicators painted on the bodies of large cargo ships, we designed a logotype in which the word ‘break’, placed vertically, actually breaks the horizontal waterline. Adhering to the firm, concise aesthetic often associated with ships and cargo, the identity sets out to proclaim that Breakwater is a company that does not compromise when it comes to delivering the best possible service for its clients.”
