“A new, nature-inspired luxury residential development in the heart of Kemang needs a brand identity and a marketing campaign, with the aim of communicating its concept of a tropical sanctuary in an urban setting.
“The name “Casaviia” was chosen to convey the location of the residence, Casa + viia, for its location at lot number 7a. To portray the nature-inspired dwellings with their open floor plans that invite natural lights throughout the day, we created a brand look that visualises a tropical Zen sanctuary. Paired with architectural renderings, the three elements: nature, stone and water are shown through still life macro photography to convey the brand look and feel, and to visualise the lifestyle concept of Casaviia.”
