“For our friends Color and the Kidswe first asked ourselves, ‘How could we create a design for other designers?’ In answer to this challenge, we developed a grid format-based corporate identity, a kind of formwork that established its own character, but was flexible enough so that the designers could then customize the ‘infill’ in whatever manner they desired. Looking at the results, it has been a very interesting match-up of designers versus designers…
“Business card – The reverse side is printed with the outlines of the logo, which can be colored-in by hand.
“Business card – Since Colors and the Kids is composed of three partners, Elisabeth, Maik and Sebastian, we created one business card to work for all three: each name is accompanied by a square that can be ticked in for the partner using the card.”
