“KVGD created a new brand identity for the recently merged Culture Sparks (Glasgow) and The Audience Business (Edinburgh). As Culture Republic they provide a single national gateway to cultural engagement in Scotland.
“The hand drawn logo uses the letters RE to split the words CULTURE and PUBLIC, the two sectors the business operates in. There is also a double meaning as it can be read as REPUBLIC. The materials are all printed onto 100% recycled board from London based Paperback. The logo also features a hand-press embossing tool which was used to brand the small notebooks.”
