“After more than a decade of solid use, the Kane Constructions logo and identity were in need of a complete overhaul. The challenge was to develop a new identity for Kane that reflected the progress and evolution of the company, without compromising existing strengths and recognition of the brand. The solution: a stripped-back version of the original logo, removing all elements except for the distinctive Kane logotype. The original colour palette was utilised and extended for more complex applications, while the ‘construction tape’ detail was re-invented as a dynamic graphic device. The list of applications is extensive and includes everything from crane and site signage to corporate stationery.
“Also required was a new web presence that comprises a public website, intranet and document management system. Designed and developed from the ground up, the entire web platform was built on a custom content management system tailored for Kane’s exact requirements.”
