“onlab designed the new logo and stationery for the Museum of Fine Arts in La Chaux-de-Fonds. The new logo alludes to the two significant geometric elements of the old logo, a circle within a triangle, and merges them with the capital letter ‘M’. The result is a strong contemporary logo that doesn’t compete visually with art and photography from different epochs and styles. The corporate identity is held in black and white for the same reason t. A symmetric layout as well as embossing evoke a classic touch and feel that is intended to be in stylistic contrast with the contemporary, geometric font that was chosen for the corporate identity (Euclid designed by Emmanuel Rey).”
