“As a jewelry designer, Myriam Élie merges her first name with her surname to call her company Myel. A wink at the name’s tone, honeycombs proved to be a great source of inspiration. Subtly suggested by the “y” in the signature, the honeycomb also manifests itself through a delicate, repetitive pattern. Paprika also suggested the use of gold ink in order to recall the bees’ delicious nectar as well as the fine metals used by the designer to make her jewelry. Given her creations’ delicacy and gracious details, the packaging had to be as elegant and delicate.”
