“Boutique vineyard Quasar Wines can trace its heritage of viticulture back almost 150 years to a simpler time. So when they briefed us to create an identity for their limited production of Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris, we created a simple and elegant name – ‘Q’ – to appeal to its target market of high-end restaurants. We imbued labels with a sense of occasion, designed their website and other packaging. The success of their first vintage – just 60 cases of Pinot Noir and 120 cases of Pinot Gris – has opened the door to an international market with this year’s larger harvest.”
