“The management team at Premier are driven by dissatisfaction. Dissatisfaction with the service standards, value and mindset of the UK pensions industry. They set their business up to deliver something better and were eager to see this as the central theme of their new brand.
Premier initially worked with brand strategists GWC to articulate their ambition and develop a clear brand story. A key output from that process was the concept of ‘see change’, capturing the core idea of a business that was visibly different from its competitors.
OPX worked with GWC and the Premier project team to build on this concept. We developed a logotype that was – in its colour and form – very distinctive from others in the sector. Likewise, an approach to imagery where you could literally ‘see change’ across a variety of environments, brought the brand concept to life.
Final implementation was extensive and included their website, brand animation, email newsletter, literature system, powerpoint system, stationery, merchandise, exhibition stands, signage and brand guidelines.
The brand was launched on the top floor of the Gherkin tower in April 2012. It marks a new chapter for a company that is brave enough to do something different and better.”
